Here's a fun video that I remixed using the CGI footage from the Tears Of Steel open source movie project. The movie footage was made by the The Blender Foundation, a wonderful group of talented animators that makes an open source set of tools for creating high quality CGI imagery. I remixed (re-edited) the video footage and added a brand new music track with fresh lyrics about the future of mankind called "Evolution". Hello to all here, First off, I want to say that I am sorry that I have not been around here very much as of late. I have had several nasty things happen to me these past three years and that had me so depressed that it is a wonder I was able to even get out of bed some days. The last straw was my friend Pam passing away on August sixth 2012. She was a Veteran and passed away due to some kind of SNAFU between the Tomah, WI VA Hospital and the civilian Hospital and the VA will not admit fault in any way and that still has me upset. Pam left paperwork behind putting me in charge of her body and belongings and telling the VA that I am in charge of her affairs should she die and these fools at the VA here has done nothing but make things as tough on me as they could. They ignored what Pam wanted done and the paperwork and did things so fast (Four days after she was gone!) that by the time I was over the shock and limbered up, they had done as they wanted to...

Big Mouth Billy Bass on Hard Hat Project

I have taken on a project that is probably over my head, but feel to most that this is a simple project. I have taken apart a Big Mouth Billy Bass off of the original plaque and removed the electronics to wire and mount it onto a construciton hard hat. It's part of a presentation, if you're wondering. The issues I'm having are understanding how to wire this properly to work while eliminating the uneeded components. The original fish comes with a battery housing for 4 C's and I want to take that down to 4 AA's, which I bought a seperate housing for. It also has a DC power adapter slot and I want to get rid of that. Therefore, I need to know if I can remove the DC slot and the salmon colored wire to hook up just the AA battery supply? I also have a photo sensor and power sensor switch I would like to eliminate. I need to know if I can wire those the 2 wires together for each component to complete the circuit or if I should eliminate them? Those are the beginning of my issues, so bear with me.
