I&amp;#39;ve decided to launch my blog just in time to coincide with the 2007 JavaOne Conference . Over the last few months, Wowwee and Sun Microsystems have put a lot of effort into prepping RS Media for his big North American debut at JavaOne in San Francisco. Engineers at Sun have built a Robot Extension and have organized a programming contest -- attendees can take complete control of an RS Media by programming him to perform some fun tasks. There are actually two contests and the goal of each contest is to create programs on RS Media which incorporate all his great hardware features and software capabilities. The goal of the first programming contest is to build a dance routine that integrates original choreography and audio. The goal of the second contest is to create a program that uses RS Media&amp;#39;s sensors to help him out of a custom-built maze. Check out the JavaOne contest page for details!
