This could be a browser issue. What are you running on your laptop?

I had the same problem getting rovio to show up. I had to install firefox as i was using internet explorer before. Worked for me fine after the install.

Only thing I can think of is the active x components need to be installed. It's easy to miss the warning banner at the top of the browser pane, I guess Mr Gates is more astute than us mere mortals. I can bring up the Rovio console on both my Android phone and my works computer but neither will display the video stream. The work server blocks the video but haven't worked out what causes the issue with the Android app.
My laptop works ok though (from Starbucks anyway) but only after I enabled the activeX.

NAt.

Thank you very much for your help.

If you try to access Rovio from the laptop again, it should come up with the same banner. Just click the banner and select install from the drop down menu that appears. It'll download and then you have to log out and back into Rovio. That should sort it.

Good luck.
