I love it! I snagged an iPad yesterday and am typing this post on it, in fact. I don't know how much bandwidth I would have for beta testing, but I would love to give it a try.
Sometimes I trully wish I'd live in the US. Today is one of these days because I could have gotten my hands on an iPad!
Anyhow, Rovio Driver for the iPad is in preparation and I think it will look great.
While dealing with the much larger screen real estate. I'll do my best to offer a better user experience to the app.
So now is the time to tell me if you'd wish I add something in particular to the app.
I'll probably recruit a couple of beta testers as I won't have an iPad before a few weeks. Feel free to tell me if you're interested. Free app for the chosen ones!
BTW, how many of you have more than one Rovio ?
Cheers.

I'm actually considering buying the iPad *because* of Rovio. I can only imagine the convenience of being able to use it on a bigger screen and from anywhere...
If I get it soon, I'll surely let you know and volunteer for Beta testing.
Cheers,
SirBug
BTW: the iPhone app does work pretty well on the iPad.
Some suggestions:
Obviously use the full screen properly.
Use the extra space on the edges for more controls and indicators, for example: control camera height, show battery and wifi levels on the screen, show "Nav beacon" strength.
Settings: adjust camera brightness (either on screen or settings). Sensitivity for moving rates and tilt angle sensitivity.
Ultimately make the Rovio driver have all the regular web page remote control features (for the ones that make sense).
Be happy to try the iPad app. I have used my iPad web browser for basic control but it is limited.
What's the status of this new app for the iPad? I've been using the iPhone version, which works but is a bit limited. Thanks. If you still need a beta I am available too. Thanks.
As long as I don't have an iPad myself, I won't be able to release anything.
Sorry about that
