hi everyone I'll get to the point.

 My rovio doesnt charge when its on the dock. This isn't to say its unable to charge because if i wedge it on there and hold it.... it charges fine. however if i access it remotely and self dock the rovio it doesnt charge.

 i am no idiot... there is clearly a problem with the design of the dock or the placement of the charging nodes. has wowwee acknowledged this and is there some kind of fix? can i get a replacement?
