It sounds very faulty. My suggestion, send him back in this case.

I've had Rovio for less then a month-- I've done some driving. As of this week, it starts veering to the right when i drive forward.
When I move Rovio in a circle using the degree buttons in the GUI, it moves those degrees and then one wheel does a little motion and moves the Rovio slightly front or back off the original turning axis. It appears that the "brakes" of that wheel don't engage and that wheel continues to spin a slight bit after the other two stop.
I've reloaded all the firmware, check the wheels for obstructions....And I can't find the answer. I'm starting to think the motor for that wheel is off. I suppose I will have to send it back to WowWee?
