I don't own one, but this thread seems to have a lot of information about configuring mail in it.

01) Make a gmx account(www.gmx.com)
02) SMTP PORT: mail.gmx.com
03) User Name:yourusername@gmx.com(Complete email address)
04) Port: 587.
05) Senders email address: yourusername@gmx.com

Thats it.

improvement and elaboration to the brilliant SSA suggestion to a solution to configuring rovio to send those email photos from the web based app.

Solution to the problem emailing rovio pix to a hotmail address, or when your email is HTTP web based, or your ISP is naff and won't talk to rovio on port 25 (virginmedia former ntlworld.com addressed customers)

1 make gmx email account (www.gmx.com)

in rovio html page --->system---> photo

2 set rovio smtp port : mail.gmx.com
3 port : 587
4 username : your new gmx email address
5 password : your new gmx mail password

6 sender email : your new gmx email address
7reciever email : your new gmx email address

then...

log onto your new gmx mail and set in inbox --->gmx --->mail --->settings --->email ---> filter rules a rule to forward all mails to any email address you like :)

i now have rovio photos being sent to my hotmail :) on demand.

I am pleased...

I'll add this... If you are entering the information in Settings on the Rovio web interface, do not cut and paste the information into the fields. Type it (Or at least delete the last character and retype the character. Do this for any changed field). It seems to ignore any input/changes in a field unless a keyboard was used to enter at least part of it.

You will notice that if you paste info into a field, the update button does not become active, as though nothing has changed. Once I noticed this, I refreshed all of the input fields and updated. Now it works as described with gmx.com email.
