The posted sketch is similar to, but not identical to, the ones in the rsmedia manual. Here's the manual pic (snipped from the online manual, as anybody could do for themselves).
The hand speakers, and back woofer are clearly labled.
The mysterious "sonic range finder" seems to have been replaced by the IR Vision Sensors.
Perhaps the previous sketch was thinking that ultrasonic ranging was part of the plan.
