never heard of it.........wish u the best luck
Hey guys you may have read in my previous thread that i purchased an Isobot that i wasn't happy with so i started an auction on ebay to sell it but no one bought it.
So i realized i was well in the 30 day return period to get a refund from WowZzers.com, but the problem is i shipped the Isobot this past monday there getting it on friday, however i can't get in touch with anyone at WowZzers.com or their affiliate company JPR Trading via email or telephone and i've tried many times.
I put a copy of my receipt in the box and wrote on there that i'd like either a refund to my paypal account or a replacement with the RSV2, i've said the same in the email i've sent, but it's been 3 days of constant emails and phone calls and no answer from them at all.
Now since i foolishly already shipped them back the Isobot without confirming my refund or exchange, i'm forced to rely on them honoring their return policy listed on their site.
Does anyone here have a good rep with this site or another way of contacting them because i'd feel much better if i can confirm my refund or exchange.
Please help if you can...Thanks guy's.

Lesson learned: Never return something without an RMA.
Hopefully it will work out for you and not be a painful lesson.
I've got to agree with RetroPlayer on this one. Was there a return merchandise authorization obtained? MacMutt implies there wasn't.
The thread title is a bit misleading. Nobody is stealing cash in this situation. A product was ordered, payed for, and delivered. Done deal.
I haven't read the site's return policies and procedures, and so can't say whether MacMutt followed them, or made up his own.
A company looking to maintain high customer satisfaction will go out of their way to make it right. It's a lot easier for them to do that when the customer follows any published policies and procedures.
Hopefully it will turn out okay, but if it doesn't, the blame is not solely on the company that sold the merchandise.
When the package was returned, were there any tracking services purchased? Do you know it was delivered? Is it insured?
If the answer to those is "no", then you are largely on your own. There's no proof the package ever arrived at the company you're trying to contact.

From wowzzers.com:
"Â Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. RMA Number may be requested 30 days from the date your product shipped from our warehouse. All items arriving at our warehouse without a RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label or on the outside of the box will be refused. We will not accept any returns sent COD. You may request your RMA number by emailing us at RMA@wowzzers.com."
Hopefully, they will just refuse your package and it will get sent back to you.

IMHO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WowZzers.com
FWIW: I was in a different situation and got zero customer service. In my case I had the option of going back and disputing the credit card charges (they were trying to 'steal my cash' ;-< ;-)
In your case it looks like you used PayPal, and sent the product back without an "RMA". Keep your fingers crossed and they may react in a month or three. However don't be surprised if you never hear from them. If you are lucky you may get the package returned.
In future (general advice):
Use a credit card with companies you don't trust 100%. They give more protection than PayPal.
Try to follow the company's "RMA" procedures precisely.
