Okay, when you try to get it off the ground what happens? We need a little more info to help diagnose your problem and offer solutions.

well it just keeps spinning. i just can't figure out how it hover maybe its broken because i got it off ebay for a little nothing

So long as it's spinning freely it should get off the ground. It's either not going fast enough, or something is wrong with the wings. Also, have you checked the propellers? Hair and carpet fluff and such can get wound around the shafts behind the props and really slow them down.
