Hello i was wondering if you can help me. I have a small problem with my RS media and i can not get its right arm to move up once i has been moved down and it keeps on rubbing off of its leg.
The arm moves down on command but will not move back up under command. if I manually move the arm up it will move down again under command.
Weh i switch it on after changing the battery's it seams to work fine for a little bit and then stops working. I have formatted the RS media by using the my computer system and formatted completly. it still does not work. please can you advise me on what i need to do now. i can not send it back as i bought it second hand. Thanks you ever so much for your help.
