I assume the reason people have to give their name, address and phone number is because they are required fields on the contact form. Would this be the appropriate place to take up my concerns about Wow Wee's partial compliance with the gpl?Categories: General WowWee Discussion RS Media
Hi everyone,
Those who've been wondering about GPL compliance and requests for RS Media need look no further:
Anyone with a GPL request for RS Media should forward their coordinates via the WowWee Customer Service form which includes their full name, email, phone number, and address in the Message field. Make sure you select RS Media from the product selector, and the item GPL request from the dropdown list.
We're trying to make every effort to facilitate this process but we are still in the process of trying to get it together... we will deal with each request individually so please be patient!

Hey Nocturnal -- you're right about the contact form (I can't really control that). As for comments, you're more than welcome to voice your opinion. I like to encourage constructive dialogue as much as possible.

*Laughs* I was refering to the contact form, perhaps I should have said "would that". Though, if you would like, I could detail the areas in which Wow Wee does not seem to be in compliance with the terms of the GPL.
