hi, im new to RSM just got him for my birthday [21 today! x 2.34 lol] i am getting what i can only describe as a ...'put..put..put' sound coming from the woofer on his back???makes him sound like hes powered by a small 2 stroke engine!  this is always present even when he talks or plays music and no other sound comes from the woofer, any voice / music seems to come from his hands.

is this normal? if not can i fix him? [cant take him back as bought him from e-bay as a private sale but was in unopenned original box anyway hes my birthday pressie so wouldnt want to change him anyway] any help or advice would be great .........cheers
