I have had the RS media robot for 5 days now and cant seem to get the program RS Media 2.1 to run on my desktop running windows xp sp2. I keep getting a JIT debugger error  Cordbg.exe !a0xe9c  and when i plug the usb connector to it i receive a USB Device not recognized. Now I installed the rs media 2.1 in my laptop and the program runs ,but i still cant connect the usb connection to it the robot says tether connected but ether the robot locks up or i cant move anything to or from it???

is there a fix or is the robot damaged?
