It sound like you have a switch that is stuck and it can not home its self. here is video of what the switches do when the motor is running during setup. Of course my quad is down to it bare bones. Also check to see if one of the wires on the switch is broken off.

If you need help let me know. GWJax

here is a picture up close. the switchs are green with a black lever on then, check the one that the leg does not work right.

also check and make sure the plug is in all the way.

sure, there are 18 screws that you have to remove to get the cover off. You do not have to remove the legs for this. turn the quad upside down and remove the batteries the on each leg section you will need to remove the 3 small screws on each scetion now goto the base where the batteries are on the front of the quad remove the 2 screws one one each end and do the same for the back side. the other 2 screws are in the deep holes next to the battery cover. once these screws are removed up apart the top half of the quad and disconnect the plugs that the head is connected to. there are four connectors. no check the switch that the bad leg is on. move the leg back an forth and look at the lever to see if it moves. If not try to release it. and check the wires for to make sure that they are not broken.  GWJAX
