It appears they have reduced the size, which in turn means they have to reduce weight. One of the things it doesn't have is a tail rotor (or at least, on is not visible in the photo). Without a tail rotor, there is no steering, so no need for a control system.
I'm curious, is it Flutterby, or ButterFly? according to the press release it shoud be ButterFly.
