it's bad , but not that bad. Do you have a prob with video ,pic or mp3. if video ,then is it the right format, if pic's or mp3's just use window t drag 'n' drop from pc to rs and back . for video you can get http://www.any-video-converter.com/ get the free one (it have no add ware) and you can set it up to put video on to your RS

thanks thetinman it was hard when I first got him..it took me like a week just to figure out how to do bodycons and macros..lol I just posted that out of frustration...I still say they should make one thats 100 percent solid compatability with vista though..oh well I guess thats in a perfect world..

Above is also good, I use it to convert my cell phone video's to something my PC can handle. As far as I know this version is free. There is a version for Windows & one for Linux. Recommended
