Sorry, need more details... At what point is it saying 'Loading'? During program startup? or after program is up and running?

help me i have just about sorted all my problems with the new r.s media suite 2.1 on vista but now it says loading but not responding how do i sort it?

during start up i have installed all the correctupdates the lot and just says not responding

mojosapien- has your issue been resolved yet? I just got a media and teh editing suite won't open on my vista pc either. it's killing me!

Just wait a while while it is loading (it will come up in task manager as not responding, but should eventually go through), also you should be running it as Administrator.
Do you have an active internet connection while it's loading ?
