hi, i have assigned an avi formatted video to my ultrabot 4000 personality and i uploaded the personality into rs media and the vdeo is in the CONANIM12 folder where it should be with the bodycon macro file, and when i try the media demo the screen just turns white. I thought it might be the wrong format of avi, but i don't know. does anyone have any suggestions please.
