I notice that many sounds play fine in the software including .wav & .mp3 but once transferred to the robot they don’t play (just screech or play very fast). They also seem to corrupt the memory/sd card requiring a re-format.  It would be great if the robot could be made less fussy about .mp3 & support .wav files. If that’s not possible it would be good if the software rejected (message saying incorrect sound format) or automatically converted them (to correct MP3 format) before you go to the trouble of setting up your personality and transferring it all to the robot. Also many people will just download sound files and want to use them, I found anything I downloaded had to be resampled first, many people won’t have the knowledge or software to do this. Lastly the software often crashes when working with sound files and corrupts the memory requiring a format. Some sound files I can't get to play at all even after converting them to recommended mp3 settings.

Has this recurred lately? Sounds pretty strange...

Hi Michelle,

To be honest I haven't been doing much with RSM lately but unless the software has been updated this issue still exists.
