For what ever reason my v2 kepps his left arm a little to close to his leg when turnning in place.  By this I mean that If I make him turn in place and shut him off while he is turning and look at the arms, the left arm is a hair lowerthan the right arm and the left wrist is a tad turned in.  As a result of it, his arm hits his leg and prevents him from turnig.  this just started hapening for no reason at all.  And go figure how it started happening the day after the warrenty expired.  is there any possable way to fix this.  He has not had any dammage done to hime and the most that happened is he fell over because i had him leaning backwards and he flinched and over he went.

Hmm.. Nothing should have happened from that fall. I will need to think, because this is really awkward.

Can you post a head-on level photo showing it? Is it the position of the shoulder joint, the wrist joint, or both? The positioning is not ever exactly repeatable, there is a certain amount of slop in the joints...

Have you tried moving the arm to a maximum position before turning him on, and see if it returns to the abnormal position?

Unfortuately i can not get you a picture.  i mean, i can take them but I have no way to get it on my computer to post it.  But yes, I have manualy rotated the arms to the max. and the left arm continues to return to the abnormal position.  Also, it is both the wrist and sholder joints are not lined properly.  It makes me think that who ever assembled this rsv2 at the factory messed up.  By the way, what do you mean the positionaing is not ever repeated exactly.  If that held true then wouldn't this whole problem only exist some times and not all the times.  there is one other thing.  When I tell im to laugh and he leans back, you can see the left arm is closer in than the right and bumps the leg.  What is also wierd is the left leg does not step out as far as it should and steps too far back.  Because of this it causes him to curve to the left when walking (if you are standing behind him.)
So basicaly, the whole left side is screwed up.  Makes me wonder if someone at the factory doesn't know what they are doing or if it is just my luck that the main board is dammaged in such a way that it is off in where it thinks everything on the left side is at as far as positioning goes anyway.

I just noticed something else.  When i tell him to turn in place he can't and just ends ep walking straight backwards because his left leg doesn't move correctly.  Any ideas because I can't think of anything that would casue the entire left side to go haywire.
