Hi, I'm using XP Pro SP2 on both work and home machines (I have vista but not testing with it at the moment). On both machines I tried to update first from 2.0.4 via the web updater. Once it finished update to 2.0.6 I tried to run the software and got the following errors at launch on both machines: "Missing Initialization File. Do you want to regenerate it? Y/N I hit Y and got the message "The folder is read only! Please change the folder attribute and try again! OK" Hitting OK results in the error "Missing Data Files OK" and the software doesn't load. (hitting N to regen ? results in crash) At this point all files are still in C:\Program Files\WoWWee\RS-Media Suite Beta 2.0.4 and even if I change the attributes to remove Read Only on this folder and all sub folders I still can't run the software. So from here I do a full uninstall and delete the C:\Program Files\WoWWee folder. Install Public 2.0.5 version. Program folder is now C:\Program Files\WowWee\RS Media Suite 2.0.5 Beta. Also checked and My Documents\My RS Media\Personalities folder exists with all the Pers etc (didn't realise they had moved). Web updates to 2.0.6 at launch and program starts fine with none of the previous errors. Program folder is still C:\Program Files\WowWee\RS Media Suite 2.0.5 Beta and version still shows 2.0.5. The 4 default PER show in 'my personalities' but if you click on them you get the error "Personality Not Exist OK" and they disappear. As suggested I opened them from the new folder and this reinstated them. So the 4 issues are that: 1. the software is looking in wrong place for these when first installed. 2. people may not be aware that PERS are now in My RS Media 3. people testing in 2.0.4 cannot use web updater go to 2.0.5/6. 4. 2.0.6 version number is not updating from 2.0.5.
