Has anyone noticed a difference between the blue (27 MHz) and green dragonflies? My green one seems to climb better than our blue one (both have new AAs in the charger and have been charged and run just about identically today). I was wondering, since the blue LEDs require a forward voltage of 3-3.6 V but green LEDs only need 2-2.5 V- is it possible the blue one shuts down earlier, or is not getting as much energy to the wing motor?

There are some things that differ now that i have both also.Range on the green one is much better! It also seems to fly better than my blue one.On the green one, after battery starts to run down almost all the way the tail rotor gets real weak, but no problems with blue  one. They both seem to run just as long, almost seems like blue one runs longer at times.I really wish they used the green ones frequency with more channel choices, blues range is at best 40 feet.

Here is a sure way to find out.  Charge both on the same remote changing the battaries in between charges so both get charged with fresh battaries.
