Hello guys n gals
I am new to this forum and wish to share with you my project that I have been constructing for the past 7 months, I have written an article to show you the proccess of construction to date and will be on going for a while as time permits. Here is the link to my project.

Thanks Nocturnal, It's what I love to do. You are doing a great job yourself, You must spend hrs disecting the Wowwee products to catologue it's contents and post to your site.

*Laughs* The pulling apart and documenting doesn't take more than a few hours, but it take at least twice as long to put it on my website.

I think it's great, RobosapienV2-4mem8, and I have to agree with robotNoob that it's a little on the scarier side (not at all a bad thing).

Very good question, Another project I would like to do is remove V2's head and insert robo raptor's head just for something a bit different. d**n who knows I may hack the whole range.

I will have to post some more pics as I have now added more goodies to him and done some robodance scripting, He is now running very well on his new P/S but had to add heatsinks to the LM 350T'S.

All in good time guys, Just bidding on trademe in NZ for a robo reptile @ $47 nz Hvave to see how I go. I am not paying full price to have to hack it to bits just for the head and some electronics. Ha Ha.

I think roboreptiles head is much smaller, you should be able to get a raptor for the same price or cheaper?

great minds think alike? I'm going to pick up a lot of 3 broken roboreptiles to fuse with my brokosapien- I'm thinking 'Fluffy' from the Potter series! (thanks to Owen for that idea :))
actually- these are RoboTyrannosaurs! Anyone know if the controller codes are different from standard RoboReptiles?

Not sure about the IR codes, they might be similar but I don't think they would be identical... just a guess, I might be wrong? I like the fins on their back, the roboreptile doesn't have those does it?

Since the only differences between the RoboRetiple and the RoboTyrannosaurs are cosmetic, the circuitry is most likely identical, so the IR codes are probably identical.

Well, I had my hopes up since one symptom was "don't respond to remote".
and yes Marcus- online here - but a lot of the pages say 'Coming soon'. I've no idea when these were released.
