Hey everybody I was just wondering if I should return my roboreptile because it isn't able to turn his neck. Any suggestions?

It just can't move it I hear the motor turn it but the neck only moves a milimeter

Yeah, there is something wrong with your Roboreptile.  Keep in mind that, because of the extensive movement of its neck and tail, that those areas are probably more apt at getting broken first (sorry, that may not have come out right).

Are you using fresh batteries? the first area to suffer with low batteries is the neck.

yeah I changed the batteries twice!!!

My roboreptile does the same and i found its not supposed to move his neck much even with how far it can go by hand. ive even E-mailed Wowwee they said hes not supposed to do it to much

my roboreptile has that same problem.
