This post is in praise of Natalie at WoWee customer service...
I purchased my RV2 at sharper image, and thought that my speaker was very low.... and when the robot was in motion, was almost impossible to hear.. I wrote customer service.. received a response within 3 days from Natalie, and she sent me out a new speaker, and directions!!!
Natalie.. speaker installed, and it's nice to hear the robot say his charming phrases.. everyone in the house just loves him!!! Thanks for your great service, and Wowee should know your a gem!!!

Since robots will one day populate every aspect of your life, its a good idea to make friends with all of them. Otherwise your shower bot might decide to play around with the water temperature while you are showering...
