i am searching the world for a child size to adult size robot i live in a very small community were nothing very exciting ever happens and i want to put our place on the map to be truthful i dont really want a 4 limbed robot ideally its got to have a 'friendly look " maybe interactive ,flashing,sought of a r2 d2 (hey have i got that right )

style robot we plan to take our robot on adventures in our state and draw media attention to our town

any suggestions from out there in robot land as to were i can track down a commercial quality (not toy) robot would be great and if we are successful would love to share with you the adventures of our robot

thanks for such a qiuck reply i intially looked at google but kept getting toys i spend 3 months a year in china on business and posted want buys but to no avail i  did find some on ebay either to expensive or not the style ,features i was looking for if some one can maybe define the search on google i should use or can suggest a website that would be great
