maybe try and reset the bot or take a look in the User manual

My son's new v2 does not respond to sounds unless the vision is turned off. Is this correct? I thought that it responded to sound and vision at the same time. It seemed to earlier in the day but now doesn't respond to sound unless vision is turned off. Sound doesn't work in guard mode either.
Can anyone help?

You can turn the vision and sound sensors on/off independently of each other. Take a look at the manual. HTH.
