The Roboquad is the first truly robotic arthropod, with unique multidirectional movement capabilities. It has 40 program slots, direct control and autonomous movement, and has 72 pre-programmed functions. It also boasts 2 built in demos, a light sensor, and a sound sensor. The Roboquad can scan its environment using built-in IR sensors, and reacts by avoiding obstacles or noticing when something moves. It also has a flinch response when something flashes in front of its face.
