My desktop computer still cannot communicate with the robot although it reconizes it as mass storage device. The new software does not reconize a card reader with the sd card in it like version 2.1.3 did in either my desktop or my notebook which has Windows Vista. The software communicates with the robot in my notebook, but the 3D display is still black. Also The help file still generates errors and will not display under XP sp2, although it is alright under XP sp1.

For all RS Media owners, here's what you've long-waited for -- an update to the RS Media Editing Suite, with improved Windows Vista support, various updates and a bunch of other good stuff.

BTW, if you run your older version of the RS Media Editing Suite (after version 1.2), the software should automatically update to this new 2.4 version.

my gateway laptop running vista with a dsl connection will only download to 400-600kb of the 57.1Mb file and just sits there... i let it sit for a day and came back and it timed out. Is there some sort of setting i need to change or security measure need to be lowered? I also talked to a gateway tech he tried downloading it too with a cable internet connection and it did the same thing.

Warning do not download this if your running on XP, all it does is give you error codes. I tried on Gateway laptop and a desktop, junk. Another party posted on this error also, will force you to restore your computer

The software communicates with the robot in my notebook, but the 3D display is still black. Also, I'd like to clear the vision and sound subroutine entrys, for the robot, that I entered Items for; but cant seem to clear. There is NO RESET Mode, like tere was in the primary version of the software; can one be added??
