In the category of Scariest Halloween Robot...

1st Prize: Jaxster for PumpkinSapien

Love the entire medieval backdrop, scenery and executioner costuming, not to mention the lighting. Photo composition is fantastic!

2nd Prize: a TIE between RobosapienV2-4mem8 for Borg-o-sapien and milw for Skelator meets Jason meets Robosapien

RobosapienV2-4mem8's entry is an ominous RSV2 mechanoid borg thing wielding cut-throat lasers... I would run very fast away from this thin if I saw coming towards me.

Meanwhile, milw's entry is a chainsaw-wielding RSV2 with goopy blood dripping from his cranium -- love the adorable kid controlling the "blood-flow" from under the table!

In the category of Funniest Halloween Robot...

1st Prize: MrScott for Trick-or-Treat-Bot

Great short of the persistent trick-or-treater disguised as Darth Vader that won't give up until he takes something home in his Trick-or-Treat bag.

2nd Prize: Nocturnal for Killer Hamster Robot Dance

Robo-Ted the "killer dancing teddy bear" complete with hamster hillbilly music. I don't think he's on the attack anytime soon!

1st Prize: milw for A scene from Star Wars

Total blast from the past with this C3-pien and R2D2 shot!

2nd Prize: MrScott for The original Forbidden Planet
